The Effectiveness Of Pilates Exercises On Sitting And Standing Balance In Children With Cerebral Palsy

The main problem of this research is the balance disorder sitting andstanding in children with cerebral palsy. This occurs because ofbrain damage during non-progressive growth and development ofchildren, thus limiting daily activities palsy.The purpose study was to evaluate effectiveness Pilatesexercises method on standing cerebralpalsy. type an experiment a pre test – post onegroup design which carried out for period 16 weeks. researchsubjects were palsy who met inclusion criteria asmany as 33 people. at Education Foundationfor Children Disabilities Makassar, South Sulawesi, Indonesia ata children's physiotherapy clinic from February July 2022.The results Paired t statistical obtained p value = 0.002 forsitting 0.083 means thereis no difference before after giving Pilatesexercises.
